Welcome

Located in Calgary, Alberta, King George Lodge is #59 on the register of the Grand Lodge of Alberta.

King George Lodge was formed by several railway workers in 1911, and that's why it's known as 'The Railroad Lodge." You don't need to be associated with the railway to be a member, but the lodge does remember its roots by having a railroad night each year.

Please follow the links to learn about our lodge including our involvement in the community. We have a wealth of information about Masonry available on this web site. And, if you want to take the next step and become a Freemason, click here.

On October 12, 2012, King George became the only lodge in North America to have ashlars from King Solomon's Quarry in Israel. Check out the presentation here.

We meet the second and fourth Fridays of the month except July and August at King George Hall.
